Todd has worked with a host of multi-national travel companies and some of the biggest lifestyle, sport, adventure and hospitality brands in the world to include Lindblad Expeditions & National Geographic Expeditions, Grand Circle Travel/Overseas Adventure Travel, Accor Hotel Group, NBC Sports, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Race Across America, the Washington DC Olympic Bid, and CMI Ship Management.
A recognized advisor and teacher, Todd is a World Championship™ Event Producer and has assisted a multitude of companies across varying industries to improve operations, training, development, leadership advancement and guest experience in 65 countries and all 7 continents.
In addition to his 30 years executive & leadership experience, Todd has been a serial entrepreneur in launching a handful of small businesses to include The Summit Travel Company celebrating 15 years in 2023, Nomad.me Travel Technology and The Adventure Spectrum specializing in taking intrepid active travelers to unique place's on the globe and the newest addition to the brand, FocalPoint Global Business Growth and Coaching that is launching the International Cultural Service Academy in 2023.
Todd began his professional career as a commissioned officer for the U.S. Army Special Operations Command and is a graduate of the JFK Special Warfare School and The US Army Ranger School. He has led U.S. Army Airborne units and Psychological Operations teams in their global missions across the globe including combat tours to the Middle East and has competed in ultra endurance expedition races.
Todd has spent over 19 years internationally and has overseen multi-cultural/lingual teams delivering exceptional customer service in markets across Europe and Asia in addition to possessing French and Italian language skills. He is an expert GM with multi-million-dollar's experience and extensive expertise in guest services/experiential travel, start-ups, worldwide operations, brand development, mergers/acquisitions, global contracting, and a pure expert in developing high performing teams.
